3rd deployment
Hey, Bear.
I have got deployed at 31 May.
Fortunately the drop point was half of the path so it was easy walk in.
Deployed to the same position, already felt like home, which is not a good sign.
The first few days were very busy: we had a NRK (a land unmanned vehicle we use for logistics) stack on the way to us and broke, we were trying to unstuck it first and evacuate it with a bigger NRK later. Which are also stuck lol.
Another day we had a land recon mission to find another digout as a potential new position.
Then we changed slightly our recon zone. I had to adjust the antenna and learn the new path.
I sleep well, but for too long. Feeling myself rested and tired at the same time. I don't code even for an hour a day, unfortunately even though I have time. Need to force myself to wake up earlier.
I always dream while laying on the bed. About the same dreamt before the service: peaceful life somewhere in a house in Swedish woods, growing stuff, living with a soulmate. It helps me to stay safe and not accomulate the exhaust. But I need to preserve my development skills and career or my dreams will never come true. Fuck.
