BMT posts, day ~30: There is a charm
*this is a handwritten note rewrite I did while on Base Military Training
Hey, Bear. Don't get me wrong, there are enjoyable things in the military service(Training). Even though I don't feel myself unhappy here, I'd still change all of this for my life, where I felt myself unhappy*.
Today the trainings day was wasted for the whole unit.
Ten of us were set to move some supplies in warehouses, I decided to opt out of that, coz I wanted some trainings. But they sent the rest of the unit to fulfill wood supplies.
Firstly we were walking 7 km to the allowed location, then half of the day we were looking for any good wood and gathering it for later evacuation. We managed to gather some, not great, the location sucks. Fortunately we didn't have to walk back and had got evacuated by the Logist.
Tired. No trainings. But kinda fun.
We brought back the dog, a puppy, which was following us the whole adventure. We thought it was our puppy, coz we had very a similar one at the campus, and the dogs often travel with us. But we were surprised when we saw our puppy in the campus. I think these two are siblings anyway, so I hope the new puppy will find out how to live here. I saw him already running with the other one, so hopefully all will be good
*This is still true after I already assigned to a combat unit.
