Growing everything.
I am really amazed that even seed you bought 8 years ago in attempt to start eating healthy (yea, sure), forgotten at the kitchen for all these years, can be soaked in wet paper, will wake and grow. After all these years.
Maybe I will get alive after all these years one day too.
It started in previous year, just threw few tomato seeds into the pot on my window. They grew and provided few fruits.
I seeded them, dried the seeds and kept for next year, this year.
I started waking the seeds and in my surprise all of them woke. 42 tomato bushes, dear lord.
Went full ham:
- Got small greenhouse(?) for seedlings
- Learned about different soils (seed vs mature soils)
- Bought quite a few pots and shelfs
Now it's all is growing. I gifted 2 pots with 3+2 plants to nearby folk.
And after I replanted from the seedlings house into permanent pots - now I have free seedlings bed at my window. So I just throw seeds from stuff I eat into it.
And they grow, gosh.
Few pieces of strawberry - two bushes grew.
Cleaned sugar paper from the seeds - threw them into the bed -- everything grew.
Ate a melon - 3/4 seeds grew...
Buying more pots. I need to stop this.
Although I always dreamed of my own house, somewhere, not sure, either on a Baltic's sea coast or Nordic's woods.
But I will definitely want a real greenhouse.
